building this site
I am setting up mouadse.com as a simple personal home: a place for notes, projects, and writing that does not depend on a social feed.
The current focus is getting the foundation right: Hugo, PaperMod, a calm Flexoki-inspired theme, search, archives, and a few pages that are easy to keep updated.
learning by making
I am using small projects as a way to learn faster. Build the thing, notice what feels wrong, fix it, then write down what changed.
That loop is more useful to me than collecting plans.
writing more
I want this site to become a record of what I am thinking through: technical notes, useful mistakes, project updates, and short observations.
The standard is simple: write things that are useful later.
